Description:

*CARF accredited multi-site community based child welfare, criminal justice, diversion, and substance abuse/mental health treatment with both inpatient and outpatient centers in the big bend area
*Youth services include substance abuse and behavior prevention services, in patient and outpatient substance abuse treatment, outpatient counseling, trauma recovrery, family and parent sessions, child welfare programs, the Family Intensive Treatment (FIT) Team, and Criminal Justice services
*Adult services include inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), case management, and transitional care for patients returning to the community; also inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment with specialized couseling and medication management for major psyciatric disorders
*Fees for services are assessed on a sliding scale based on household income; in-network provider for Medicaid services; Assistance available in completing private insurance claims; Federally required to give preference in admitting individuals into treatment as follows: Pregnant Injecting Drug Users, Pregnant Drug Users, People who inject drugs
*Locations in the eight county big bend area, but not all services are offered in each county - check website to confirm what services are offered in what counties: Leon, Jefferson, Franklin, Gadsden, Liberty, Madison, Taylor and Wakulla Counties
