Description:

*Language and pathology practice for children and adults who are currently accepting referrals for new clients - Comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing services
*Services include: Diagnosis and treatment for autism & Social Pragmatic Disorders; Articulation, Fluency & Motor Speech Disorders; voice and swallowing disorders, language, cognition and memory disorders, auditory processing disorders, and dyslexia, assessments
*Fees are $160 per hour, sliding scale offered for clients who do not have insurance or are insured by companies forwhom they are not providers - accepts CHP, Medicaid, including some Medicaid HMOs, Medipass, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Children's Home Society, Multi-Plan, Beechstreet, PHCS, Tricare, Universal insurances and payment from the Office of Disability Determination
*Handicap Accessible and can take public transportation within two blocks of Tallahassee office
*Crawfordville location - 2887 Crawfordville Hwy, Suite 4. 32327

Intake Process:

Call, ask for referral from primary physician for insurance, or download form from website

Program Fees:
