*Applications may be obtained at US Main Post Office, 2800 S Adams St by appointment only or apply on-line
*Absolute requirement: one photo, certified birth certificate and photo ID according to passport regulations
*Applications and Renewals also available at Clerk of Court offices in Franklin, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison and Wakulla Counties
*Gadsden residents may apply at Quincy Post Office
*Taylor County residents may apply at Madison or Lafayette County Court Houses or Mayo post office
*Fees run approximately $130 per passport book plus $35 execution fees (16 and over), $100 plus $35 (15 and younger)
*Passport card available for cruises with no flying involved: $30 +$35 (16 and older); $15 + $35 (15 and under)
