*Group practice currently accepting new patients, all mental health professionals are English speaking only in a location that is accessible and can be reached by public transportation
*Fees $165 per 55-minute session, evaluations $345 for evaluation and report; accepts United Healthcare (Optum / Oscar Health) and Private Pay only
*Treats pregnant and postpartum women in person and by video (telemental health); specialty treatment areas include Infertility (including PCOS, Endometriosis, IUI / IVF, alternative fertility treatments), Grief and Loss, Medically Complex Pregnancy, Twin Loss, Termination for Medical Reasons (TFMR), Third Party Reproduction Evaluations (Intended Parents)
*Practice cannot prescribe or manage patient's medications
