*Will work with customers with past due utility bills and needing payment plan, on a case-by-case basis
*Customers wishing to request payment plan should contact local billing office or headquarters in Quincy
*DOES NOT provide any direct assistance with utility bills
*Talquin Assistance Program (TAP) allows customers to donate and help others by choosing to have their account(s) rounded up to the nearest dollar on their monthly utility bill; funds contributed used to assist Talquin Members who cannot pay their utility bill due to job loss, illness, or other crisis circumstances; all screening to receive TAP funds will be handled by Capital Area Community Action Agency; t to apply for assistance from TAP members should contact Capital Area Community Action Agency at (850) 222-2043 to schedule an appointment; enrollment form can be found here https://www.talquinelectric.com/wp-content/uploads/TAP-Enrollment-Form.pdf
