*Licensed Clinical Social Worker (SW11625) in private practice who is currently accepting new patients in a location which can be reached by public transportation and accessible
*Fees $80 - $125 an hour, and offers a sliding scale down to $60 for self-pay; accepts Wellcare, Sunshine, Medicare Advantage, Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna Humana, CIGNA Insurances, uses Open Path Psychotherapy Collective for sliding fee clients
*Treats children through adults as individuals and groups in person, by phone, and by video (telemental health); specialty treatment areas include Borderline Personality Disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, victim and trauma counseling, sexual and domestic violence recovery, Self-harming behavior, practices full protocol dialectical behavior therapy
