*Charity of volunteers which accepts donated phones, repairs, and re-programs them for emergency-only 911 calls
*Phones are then distributed to police departments, sheriff's offices, domestic violence shelters, neighborhood watch groups, and senior citizens centers which have applied for them
*Program is national; call to find closest drop-off site, or where to apply for a phone
*For cities without a drop-off site, phones can be mailed

N/A; paying for the mail service would be appreciated but not necessary
