*Aging Programs: Includes A Matter of Balance (8-week program for seniors centering on balance), Diabetes Education and Empowerment Program (6-week program for those with diabetes, pre-diabetes, and those who want to prevent diabetes), Powerful Tools for Caregivers (6-week program focusing on how taking care of ourselves can make us better caregivers), and Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (6-week program that focuses on daily management of chronic disease symptoms); classes available in-person and virtually (Zoom)
