*Affordable Care Act and Florida KidCare navigator provides either in person or over the phone guidance and assistance in selecting health insurance
*Outreach program based in Tampa (does not have an office); but navigator will meet with consumers at the library or other public space in Leon or surrounding counties, as well as the entire state of Florida
*Affordable Care Act open enrollment typically takes place November 1st-December 15th each year. However, there are many qualifying events that will allow persons to enroll at other times of the year, such as family status change (for example, marriage, divorce, or birth of a child), a change in residence, or loss of other health coverage. Additionally, there are many other qualifying events which are listed on the Healthcare.gov website
*Florida Kidcare enrollment may take place at any time of the year
