*Group practice of professionals and doctoral students currently accepting new patients in a location which is accessible and can be reached by public transportation
*Treats adolescents through adults in person and by video (telemental health); specialty treatment areas include eating disorders including outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs using treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Family-Based Therapy for children and adolescents, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Narrative Therapy; Couples counseling, also offers nutritional counseling including nutrition and meal plans for general wellness, diabetes, weight management
*The private pay rate for full Eating Disorder assessment is $250 for adults and $325 for adolescents; follow up appointments are $150 per session; accepts CIGNA, Florida Blue, United Healthcare, Capital Health Plan, and Aetna; payment plans are available; fees for couneling may vary by the individual counselor
*Practice cannot prescribe or manage patient's medications, all mental health professionals are English speaking only
