Intake Process:
Call for therapist request form, camp and scholarship information
Program Fees:
No charge for therapy; $180 per child per week for summer camp
If family is unable to afford, scholarships may be provided
7th week for dependent of active military member is free
Eligibility:
Florida children meeting eligibility and in need of occupational therapy, birth to 18 years of age
