*Provides compassionate and informed support for women and families suffering from postpartum depression, anxiety and a range of emotional changes that women often experience during pregnancy and after childbirth
*Coordinators in all 50 states provide support, information and resources to pregnant women, mothers, dads and family/loved ones
*Helpline is available 24/7 in English and Spanish; Callers will need to leave confidential message; calls will be returned usually within 2-3 hours, but longer for overnight messages
*Another contact option: Text Help to 800-944-4773 for English; 971-203-7773 for Spanish; Texts will be returned in the same time frame as calls
*Website has a great deal of information, as well as links to other helpful websites and practical resources
*Over 30 virtual support groups are available; see schedule on the website; groups include Pregnancy and Maternal Mood Support Groups in English and Spanish, Dad Support Group, Pregnancy and Infant Loss, Postpartum Psychosis, NICU Parents, Black Moms Connect and more
*Support coordinators as well as in person support groups are available in many (but not all) counties throughout the US; see website, call or text to find a local coordinator
