*Coalition of non-profit human service agencies and supportive partners working together to improve the human services delivery system in the Big Bend Area
*Eligible organizations must be a 501(c)(3) organization and directly provide health or human services
*Affiliated agencies may offer other than direct services or be out of the area
*Supportive members may be for-profits or individuals
*UPHS provides a unified voice for human service agencies in the community with a membership of over 130 agencies, associations and companies
*Members meet several times each year to discuss important issues facing not-for-profits and human service providers
