*Free, faith-based, 12-week, telephone-based, skills-building and support program for African-American caregivers of Alzheimer's patients dealing with memory loss, increasing relaxation techniques, effective thinking, assertive communication, increasing emotional well-being, managing difficult behavior, and setting personal goals
*One-on-One prayer and peer support available if requested, but not required for program entry
