*Free mental health care by phone, video (telemental health), or in person for active-duty military, National Guard, reserve service members, veterans, and military families, first responders, or any member of the general public affected by mass violence, opioid crisis responders, interpersonal violence, or rare disease caregivers
*To schedule appointment search for a provider on website, contact directly, identify as a potential Give an Hour client; if a provider is not available in a selected area, contact info@giveanhour.org and they will attempt to find one
*Training and workshops available for mental health, suicide prevention, and emotional wellness including online training and printable resources
*Volunteers needed as Mental Health Providers and Wellness Ambassadors
