*Website screening tool used to determine eligibility for HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS) Program which offers those living with HIV housing assistance and lists agencies where those eligible can apply
*Go to www.housingforbetterhealth.com/ and access qualification criteria
*Offers Permanent Housing Placement (PHP), which helps secure housing by covering reasonable costs, including first months rent and security deposit equal up to two months of rent
*Offers Short-Term Rent, Mortgage, and Utility Assistance (STRMU), which is a housing grant to prevent homelessness, and can be provided for up to 21 weeks in any 52-week period
*Offers other services such as housing case management, adult day care and personal assistance, alcohol and drug abuse services, advocacy, child care, legal services, mental health services, and job training
