*Private practice with single, english speaking practitioner currently accepting new patients with a one month wait; practice may offer services from supervised LCSW interns
*Practice is accessible and can be reached by public transportation
*Fees $60 an hour, does not offer a sliding scale for self-pay; accepts Staywell, New Direction, Medicare, Florida Blue (BCBS), Employee Assistance Program, CIGNA, Capital Health Plan Insurances
*Treats teens, adults, and seniors as individuals, families, groups, and couples in person, by phone, and by video (telemental health); specialty treatment areas include general anxiety and depression, crisis and trauma counseling, anger management, PTSD, crime victims and survivors
*Practice cannot prescribe or manage patient's medications
