*Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH10163) in group practice who is currently accepting new patients in a practice that is accessible and can be reached by public transportation
*Fees are $100 for a one-hour session; State of Florida Employees qualify for 6 free EAP sessions; Autism Diagnosis, Screening Tool for Autism in Toddlers & Young Children (STAT!„¢): $425.00; Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS): $650.00; accepts Staywell, New Direction, Florida Blue (BCBS), Employee Assistance Program, and CIGNA; does not offer a sliding scale for self-pay
*Treats adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, and geriatrics in person, through chatroom, by text, by phone, and by video (telemedicine) as individuals, couples, families, and groups; specializes in autism diagnosis, anger management, and corporate and business services; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained, Licensure supervision provider and EAP/E4 health provider, walk and talk sessions
*Therapist is female, Black/African American, English speaking & cannot prescribe or manage patient's medications
