*Licensed mental health counselor (MH11832) in private practice currently accepting new patients in a practice which is accessible and can be reached by public transportation
*Fees $125 an hour, does not offer a sliding scale for self-pay; accepts Aetna, Beacon, CIGNA, Employee Assistance Program, Humana, Optum, Tricare, United Healthcare Insurances
*Treats adolescents through adults as individuals, couples, groups, and families by video (telemental health), in home and at school; specialty treatment areas include general anxiety and depression, art therapy and play therapy for children, community behavioral assessments, anger management, parenting education, cognitive behavioral therapy, faith based therapy, PTSD, substance abuse, trauma-focused CBT, sand tray therapy, and stages of change
