*Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is currently accepting new patients in a individual private practice that is is accessible and can be reached by public transportation
*Treats adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults as individuals, couples, and families in person, and by video (telemental health); specialty treatment areas include adolescent counseling, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), general anxiety, general depression, general trauma, and PTSD
*Service is $150 for intake, $85 per session; accepts Capital Health Plan, CIGNA, Florida Blue (BCBS), New Direction, Tricare
*Therapist is female, Caucasian, and English speaking & cannot prescribe or manage medication
