*Private practice with single, English speaking practitioner currently accepting new patients in a location which is not accessible and cannot be reached by public transportation
*Fees $125 per session, does not offer a sliding scale for self-pay; accepts Optum, New Direction, Medicare, Florida Blue (BCBS), Employee Assistance Program, CIGNA, Capital Health Plan, Aetna insurances
*Treats all ages as individuals, groups, families, and couples in person and by video (telemental health); specialty treatment areas include general anxiety and depression, anger management, mood disorders, famiy issues, victim and trauma counseling, and PTSD
*Practice cannot prescribe or manage patient's medications
