*Provides 24/7 comprehensive information and referrals to area human service agencies via a call center and web site *Covers eight county area: Escambia, Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Santa Rosa, and Washington Counties *Callers in these counties should dial 2-1-1 and they will be connected to United Way 2-1-1 *If a caller needs a 10-digit number, give the appropriate number or the toll-free number, but these will only work if the caller is in one of the eight counties
