*Eight-bed, faith-based Sober Living Transitional Housing for Men 18+ *Residents must show a commitment to sobriety required including drug and alcohol testing, attend AA meetings, participate in counseling sessions, do chores and pay their rent *Individual counseling services provided by licensed mental health providers 1 to 3 hours a week for about 4 weeks; schedule and time length varies according to need *Intensive outpatient program (IOP) takes place 3 evenings per week for 16 weeks in a small group setting *Ongoing group setting aftercare, relapse prevention, faith based studies, peer support *Medicaid, Medicare, other insurance, sliding scale fee; services available to anyone regardless of insurance or income *Transportation services may be available, access to city transportation is available

*24-hour booking and receiving facility for youth arrested across the Big Bend Region; secure booking and receiving facility for local law enforcement officials *Once booked into the facility the JAC must release the youth within six hours of arrival utilizing a scoring matrix based on the youth's charge, prior history, and current level of supervision to determine whether the youth will be released to a parent/guardian or to the Department of Juvenile Justice's secure detention facility *Comprehensive youth screening and assessment center including drug screening for substance misuse to identify individual placement needs for youth to deal with struggles leading to arrest *Case management to assist locating services in the community; information clearinghouse for support services for youth and their families

*Two different programs for youth (under 18) involved in the legal system: *Juvenile Civil Citation Program: Diversion of first time juvenile misdemeanor offenders from Juvenile Justice system through early intervention; Successful completion of requirements such as community service, drug screening, apology letters determines no record of arrest; Eligibility based on current offenses, prior delinquency history, law enforcement discretion, and willingness of youth and parent/guardian to participate, Referrals made through legal system or self/parent referral *Juvenile Drug Court: Intensive outpatient treatment for 20 week minimum for adolescents who have been arrested with substance misuse and/or mental health issues; individual, group and family counseling, chemical education classes, community involvement, drug testing; referrals made through legal and other sources *Both programs not available in every county; call for information
