*Phillips-made Lifeline available to people disabled, living alone, ill, elderly, or anyone who may need emergency medical assistance *National company, has multiple offices, one is located at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital *Client rents lifeline communicator or cordless telephone unit that establishes two-way voice communication *Cost may be pro-rated depending on income *Personal waterproof help button can be worn as necklace or watch that will automatically dial Philips Lifeline Response Center and Lifeline Response Associate will talk to client over unit and send appropriate help *Auto Alert button automatically sends in Help Needed call if person has fallen and cannot push button *Philips Lifeline Response Center open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year *GoSafe also available for people outside the home, walking, bike riding or shopping *HomeSafe Medical Alert offers higher tech for Lifeline *Medication Dispensing Service to remind users of need to take medications at pre-programmed times

TMH, Transition Center

*Facility to provide follow-up care to certain patients only after they get services from Tallahassee Memorial Hospital or any TMH health facility (including the emergency room), either as an inpatient or outpatient *Includes patients without a primary care provider, without health insurance, who are not able to obtain a follow-up appointment with a physician within seven days of discharge, who have been hospitalized three or more times over the last 12 months *Services may include a physical exam, help with filling prescriptions, arranging physical therapy and other types of rehabilitation services, connecting patients with other agencies as needed to help them continue their recovery

*Support services for women, new and expectant mothers, and breast cancer survivors *Offers a variety of classes, including variety of classes ranging from pregnancy and childbirth to breastfeeding and infant/child CPR *Mommy Market: Breast pumps (sale and rental), compression garments, nursing bras, etc.

Turn About, Health & Wellness Summer Camp for Teens

*Camps focus on self-care by exploring topics such as anxiety, depression, identifying strengths, self-image, peer pressure, chemical education, understanding emotions, victimization, anger management in a group setting *Fun activities address effective coping skills, self-care, conflict resolution, leadership skills, positive self-image, managing stress, improving communication *Each camp session runs 1 weeks (not including weekends), four hours per day *There are usually 3 sessions per summer *Open to any teen between the ages of 13 and 17 who may benefit from the skills provided *Fees are based on a sliding scale according to income and may be free to some applicants

*Free open parent support group run by masters and doctoral counselors offering training in the areas of adolescent development and behavioral strategies appropriate for this age group, substance use, violence, suicide prevention, AIDS/ HIV prevention, eating disorder recognition, and recognition of signs of abuse *One hour meetings take place at 5:30PM, 2nd and 4th M of each month open to anyone, every M open to clients; call if planning to attend and let them know on what night
