*Second Judicial Circuit serves Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty and Wakulla Counties *This circuit, which is one of 20 for the state, has sixteen circuit judges and ten county court judges who are managed by the chief judge *Handles judicial support functions for the circuit under the direction of the chief judge, overseeing program functions set up by the judiciary *Schedules courtrooms, assigns conflict attorneys (when the public defender cannot represent parties), participates in the annual budgeting process (and handles all purchasing, accounting, etc.
