*Short-term outpatient mental health counseling to currently enrolled FSU students including individual, group, and couples counseling, crisis intervention, substance abuse evaluation and counseling, eating disorder treatment offered face-to-face, by phone, and telemental health online via Zoom *Services covered by student fees, no out-of-pocket expenses; enrolled FSU students may include a partner or spouse for couples counseling as long as one person is an FSU student *Services are performed by licensed psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors, treatment coordinators and a mental health education coordinator supervising doctoral, masters, and practicum interns; Persons wishing to see a licensed therapist should request one; Referrals to other mental health professionals when needed *Daily psychoeducation workshops focusing on anxiety and depression available via Zoom *For a mental health crisis, the number is available for FSU students after hours and weekends; callers should leave a message and a counselor will return their call

FSU, Early Head Start, Gadsden County

*Program is for children under age 3 and pregnant women, living in Gadsden County *Home Visitors provide weekly 90 minute visits to assess children's development and demonstrate educational activities to build early learning skills *Screens children within 45 days of entry for identification of potential health or development concerns and access to medical care including transportation to appointments, linking with community resources, and partner with parents on family goal setting *Provide information on topics that may be of interest to parents including: pregnancy health, childhood and general health, nutrition, parenting, and understanding children's behavior *Play groups (social groups) are held twice a month and include fun activities, snacks, and community speakers

*Provides information and support for the implementation of inclusive education best practices for educators and parents of children with disabilities *Data-driven, student-focused planning and problem-solving across districts and schools *Sharing information to build collaborative relationships between families, schools, and districts

FSU, Multidisciplinary Evaluation and Consulting Center

*FSU Multidisciplinary Evaluation and Consulting Center (MDC) currently acception new patients; facility supervises interns, students, and doctoral candidates; provides evaluation, consultation, and behavioral health service to pre-school and school-aged children who are experiencing severe and/or complex academic, medical, behavioral/emotional problems; The MDC has four licensed psychologists on staff as well as several interns/students in training that provide assessments and limited treatment *Children are referred by twenty school districts in the Florida Panhandle, Children's Medical Services, and other agencies; call for services without official referral must be under 18 and in school *Services include Family Therapy, Marital/Couples Therapy, Individual Therapy, and offering Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) on a limited basis for parents and families of children with Autism and ADHD; Diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic recommendation offered *Fees $750-$900 for a psychoeducational assessment,no insurance will cover; ADHD, Autism assessments - covered by CHP (Regular Co-Pay) w/o insurance $850-1000; if referred by any county except Leon the school will cover the payment *Facility is accessible and can be reached by public transportation

*Outreach effort of FSU College of Medicine with support from Florida's Area Health Education Centers *Identifies and mentors middle school students with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in science, engineering, mathematics, health, or medicine *Pre-college component open to students from designated Florida high schools: after-school programs in Leon and Orange Counties, in-school in Collier, Gadsden, Madison, Okaloosa, and Walton Counties
