*Children (18 and under) must be there in person; grab-and-go is allowed at certain locations that are classified as rural if the sponsor has elected to participate in that option, call the site for more information
*The program is usually on-site congregate feeding, some sites allow for grab-and-go, call site for more information
*Meals are served only during a specific service time, and all meals are served on site; children must arrive during that time in order to receive a meal

*Site complaints: Please create an SOS for I&R with the Site name, date, location, call form number, and any pertinent information
*Summer program to serve nutritious meals to children in need age 18 and under when school is out; no application is needed; AKA Summer BreakSpot and No Kid Hungry
*Depending on the site, breakfasts, lunches, snacks or dinner may be available
*Most sites can serve two meals per day or a meal and an afternoon snack
*Some sites that are not open daily might serve additional to go meals to cover the days the site is closed; for example, a site that is open on Monday/Wednesday only might serve 4 meals per child: 2 on Monday and 2 on Wednesday; sites open on Friday might serve 2 or 3 meals per child, to help cover the weekend
*THE NUMBER OF MEALS SERVED BY SITES NOT OPEN DAILY WILL VARY; PARENTS WHO WANT TO KNOW AHEAD OF TIME SHOULD CALL THE SITE
*Sites are located at many public schools, community parks and recreation centers, faith based organizations, other public areas
*Two types of feeding sites: OPEN: Meals made available on first-come, first-serve basis; OPEN-RESTRICTED: Limited number of meals available due to limited space or staff (Most sites are OPEN; A few may be OPEN-RESTRICTED)
*People should call site first and show up to meal service as early as possible
*Parents or caretakers who are not bringing children with them to pick up the meal(s) may require some kind of documentation that they have children; call the site first

*2. Call 2-1-1 and have them give information from the website, or call the toll-free number
*3. Text FOOD or COMIDA to 304-304. You will be prompted to enter your entire street address and zip code
