*Community of "Tiny Homes" for single men and women (18+) and families with children searching for secure housing and supportive services to disadvantaged persons who may not meet traditional requirements; low to-middle income *3 size homes; small (for 1 person), medium (for 2 individuals) and large (up to 3 individuals), priced at $750, $900 and $1050, which includes utilities, internet service and 3 meals a day M-F (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) weekends and holidays excluded *Must meet minimum income; no sliding scale, subsidized funding or acceptance of vouchers *Must be willing to comply with rules of program agreement, must attend community meetings *May include provision for referrals for life-improving skills and other social services *Each house equipped with smart technology, Alexa, and other modalities *Community includes community gardens, hydroponic greenhouse, walking trails, laundry facilities, a community center and on-site support staff *Zero tolerance for drugs, weapons, antisocial behavior and illegal activities *Smoking not permitted in homes and buildings, only on front porches

Family Promise, Homeless Prevention Program

*Provides past due rent, mortgage and utility assistance to families in Leon County threatened with eviction or foreclosure to prevent homelessness; Any assistance provided is dependent upon the caller's ability to pay future rent/utilities etc; anyone without a stable source of income is unlikely to qualify for assistance *Family Promise creates a new waitlist for this assistance on a monthly basis; being on the waitlist does not guarantee approval for assistance; Applicants who are next to be assisted will receive a phone call; if they do not receive a phone call by the end of the month, they should call again to be placed on the new waitlist *Call (850) 792-9437; if no one answers, callers should leave a message *Families must have at least one dependent child under the age of 18; and be facing eviction or foreclosure due to past due rent, mortgage and utilities *Must have proof of imminent eviction from landlord or mortgage lender along with documents to support amounts past due for mortgage, rent and/or utilities
