*Tobacco Free Florida AHEC Program: Includes free groups in the community to help with tobacco cessation, including vaping and chewing; classes available in-person and virtual (Zoom), private group sessions available for worksites, call for more information; program serves all 14 counties
*Nicotine replacement therapy with patches, gum and lozenges available for free after attending a class, restrictions may apply
*Health Insurance Navigator Program: Certified, Community Navigators assist with the application process and enrollment through the Federal Marketplace (HealthCare.gov), the Affordable Care Act, and Florida KidCare; appointments available through Zoom (virtual); program serves all 14 counties and four extra counties including Escambia, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Walton
*Aging Programs: Includes A Matter of Balance(MOB) 8-week program for seniors centering on balance to reduce fear of falling, Diabetes Education and Empowerment Program(DEEP) 6-week program for those with diabetes, pre-diabetes, and those who want to prevent diabetes, Powerful Tools for Caregivers 6-week program focusing on how taking care of ourselves can make us better caregivers, and Chronic Disease Self-Management Program(CDSMP) 6-week program that focuses on daily management of chronic disease symptoms; classes available in-person and virtually (Zoom) for all 14 counties, weekly classes range from 2 to 2.5 hour durations
