*Licensed Neuropsychologist (PY9214); currently accepting new patients in a location which is accessible and can be reached by public transportation
*Treating adults and children as individuals in-person and through video (telemedicine) for Parkinson!€™s, TBI, ABI (stroke, anoxia, tumors, encephalopathy), and Alzheimer!€™s through neuropsychological/psychological evaluations, cognitive remediation, and therapy
*Psychological Evaluations for chronic pain, spinal cord stimulators, bariatric surgery, and organ transplants; Neuropsych Evaluations & Assessments (Cognitive Testing), off-the-road return to driving assessments, Worker's Compensation Evaluations, capacity/competency evaluations, individual medical evaluations (IMEs), school accommodations (ages 16 and up), activities of daily living (ADL) assessments
