*BE AWARE THAT ALL FUNDS FOR RENT/MORTGAGE/UTILITY ASSISTANCE COME FROM DIFFERENT SOURCES, AND EACH SOURCE HAS DIFFERENT REQUIREMENTS (INCOME IS JUST ONE OF MANY FACTORS). ADDITIONALLY, FUNDING SOURCES CAN CHANGE FREQENTLY.
