*Group home with religious, educational and vocational training for teenage boys who need a home because of death, desertion, divorce, parental disability, dysfunctional home situation or other challenge
*Home primarily for boys ages 7-14 upon admission; Ocasionally a boy up to age 17 may fit program criteria
*Boys help maintain horses, cattle and other livestock and are directly involved in care of animals and keeping community functioning
*Each boy has a job, either at the farm, in the dining hall, with maintenance, the vehicle shop or in the grounds crew or trash detail while attending public schools
