*For persons who have straight Medicaid (Not a Managed Medical Assistance MMA Plan), who have Medicaid Share of Cost (aka Medically Needy), or who have the Medicaid Family Planning Waiver, can provide information on services covered and give referrals to health care providers in their area who will accept their form of Medicaid
*Will take complaints and help try to resolve issues from persons who have straight Medicaid or Medicaid Share of Cost
*Provides general information about Medicaid; does not determine eligibility
