Description:
*Provides services to adult residents of Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson and Wakulla Counties
*Capital Medical Society Foundation coordinates donated dental care from local dentists to uninsured adults with incomes at or below 150% of the federal poverty level who don't qualify for any other programs that would serve their dental needs (such as Vocational Rehabilitation or Medicaid)
*All potential patients must be referred by a physician or community health clinic, No self-referrals, but interested persons may call for further information
*We Care Dental Network provides extractions for persons with an active infection and dentures for persons with no teeth; Bond Community and Neighborhood Health Centers are familiar with this program but other physicians may not be
