COVID Update: All clients and employees are screened before entering building
*AKA Central Receiving Facility
*Serves as 24/7 walk-in central receiving facility for anyone experiencing a mental health or substance abuse crisis
*Staff will do mental health and/or substance abuse evaluation to determine appropriate level of care (inpatient or outpatient)
*Persons determined to be in need of outpatient care will be given referrals to receive outpatient services
*Those admitted to inpatient care may go to either Eastside, Tallahassee Memorial Behavioral Health Center, Capital Regional Medical Center, or PATH, based on insurance, preference, availability and other factors
*Persons needing inpatient care who do not have insurance will usually go to PATH
*Also serves as single point of entry for all persons who are subject to the involuntary Baker Act or Marchman Act
