*Emergency financial assistance for active duty military, veterans, and immediate family members
*Veterans must have an honorable discharge or general under honorable conditions
*Applicants must show income sustainability
*Must be a Florida resident for at least 120 days
*Eligibility does not guarantee funding
*Membership in the American Legion is not required to receive assistance
*Funding provided for shelter, food, utilities, some emergency transportation, and critical health expenses
