*Offers various Community Care services: Multi-Level Retirement Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Diabetic Care, Memory Care, Community Outreach Services, Home-Based Services, Short-Term Stays, Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing, Affordable Housing, Management Services
*Telephone program that connects seniors with volunteers weekly in order to build friendships and help prevent loneliness in the older adult population
*Also offers safety and wellness checks, as well as links to community resources when needed
*Offers volunteer positions which require up to 2 hours a week
