*Archbold offers two Financial Assistance Programs for uninsured and indigent patients
*The first program is The Indigent Care Trust Fund (ICTF), qualified applicants must be indigent or uninsured with an annual household income of less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, be a resident of the State of Georgia, complete the application for Financial Assistance, apply for Medicaid, Medicare or Medicare Disability, if requested; applicants eligible for the ICTF Financial Assistance Program will receive a complete write-off of all charges for services
*The second program is the Financial Assistance Program for Uninsured Patients; this program allows applicants to receive care for the same costs generally billed for private health insurers and Medicare including co-payments and deductibles; qualified applicants must live in Brooks, Grady, Mitchell or Thomas County, Georgia, or in a county in Georgia that does not have a hospital offering the services required, and have an annual household income which falls between 200% and 325% of the Federal Poverty Level; Eligibility requires submission of an application for assistance within 240 days from the date the patient account is billed; applicants must apply for commercial or government insurance coverage if requested; and applicants must have personal and business assets, excluding personal residence, totaling less than $50,000.00; and must comply with an interest-free payment plan following a determination of qualification for assistance
