*City-operated public bus system with central exchange point at CK Steele Central Station, 111 W Tennessee St, on corner of W Tennessee and Adams St *Call or visit website for more information on bus routes and schedules *31 day "Star Card" may be purchased online by credit card for $38 (+$3 for new reloadable cards), with an option of an automatic monthly reload *Reduced rates for persons with disabilities, seniors 60+, persons with a Medicare card or military ID *If you are using an FSU, TCC or FAMU student ID to ride, swipe your ID and show your ID to the Coach Operator *All K-12 Students ride free 7 days a week with STAR card; email StarProgram@Talgov.com if you need a card *Individuals seeking employment can apply for one time free pass to job interviews; fill out application at main office; same week service, only a photo ID required, only one pass per lifetime, not for each job interview *Passengers without passes must have exact change when boarding bus *Veterans Bus Pass Program allows low income veterans to ride for free; must be permanent city or county resident, meet income criteria, complete application through the Leon County Veterans Center, and provide DD214 or letter from VA agency certifying veteran status
