*Legal representation in felony and misdemeanor cases, juveniles charged with delinquency and adjudications, mental health commitment cases, and criminal appeals
*Clients must be determined to be indigent in court before Public Defender can begin representation
*Veterans Treatment Court: Leon County office represents qualified veterans charged with misdemeanors and non-serious felonies; extensive treatment for substance abuse and other issues offered; veterans from outside the 2nd circuit may ask to be transferred into it
