*6-story, 72-unit subsidized efficiencies and one-bedroom apartments for senior citizens over 62 or under 62 if mobility impaired based on 30% of the household's adjusted gross income
*Rent includes rental of the apartment, heat, water and an electric allowance to help the resident pay the electric bill based on average usage for the apartment; residents will still receive an electric bill, but the allowance is intended to help pay for it and residents may still be eligible for energy assistance from the state
*Waiting list often 12-18 months
*Fish and birds are welcomed without a deposit and small dogs and cats allowed with a $150 pet deposit and a limit of one animal (cat or dog) per apartment with certain size and breed restrictions
