Description:

*On site activities include daily devotion, recreational activities, exercise sessions, presentations from government and social services agencies, travel to local attractions, nutritional information and daily nutritious lunch
*Free transportation to and from Quincy site, telephone reassurance calls to homebound clients,
*Meals on wheels, congregate hot lunch, emergency home energy assistance (EHEAP), legal aid
*Case management upon referral from AAANF, Alzheimers disease support, community care for the elderly, respite care, companionship, and
resource assistance for seniors, their families and caregivers
*Direct Service Workers to assist in daily living activities: personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, respite for caregivers, and determining need for incontinence supplies
