*AKA CARD
*Provides persons with Autism or related disabilities, their family members and caregivers with free short-term consultations, support, training and linkage to community resources
*Eligibility: under age 6 must pass checklist showing red flags of autism, over 6 to any age must have individual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, pervasive developmental disorders, autistic-like behavior, dual sensory impairments, and sensory impairments with other handicapping conditions
*Does not provide diagnostic evaluations or therapy services, cannot duplicate services of other state and local agencies
*Provides consults related to autism for professionals in the field, schools and other agencies
