COVID-19 updates 03/30/20 - ALL FWC offices and FWC-managed shooting ranges will be closed to the public from Thursday, March 19 through Sunday, April 19; most offices and Wildlife Management Areas are open to the public but please call before visiting in person; licenses with deadlines of March or April have been extended to at least June 30th, including: Commercial Freshwater, Charter Fishing, Captive Wildlife Exhibition and Sale, Venomous/Conditional/Prohibited Reptiles, Private Game Preserves and Farms, Marine Special Activity Licenses; executive order 20-09 requires all recreational boats must be at least 50 feet apart and each boat may have no more than ten people on board; FWC is closing all designated campgrounds on the Wildlife Management Area (WMA) system for a minimum of 30 days beginning Monday, March 23 at 10 a.m. Also, permits for camping after Monday, March 23 will be canceled; FWC is temporarily suspending regulations requiring hunters to check in at a check station upon entering, check out upon leaving the area, check all game harvested, and obtain check station issued permits or zone tags, except for Camp Blanding WMA and Econfina Creek - Fitzhugh Carter Tract.
