*UPSLIDE (Utilizing and Promoting Social Engagement for Loneliness, Isolation and Depression in the Elderly) provides free support for older adults 50+ who are lonely, isolated and depressed and want to be more socially engaged; friendly chat groups and counseling services are provided as a welcoming gateway to becoming more connected
*Independent and active individuals are encouraged to participate in other Tallahassee Senior Center activities and programs
*The Senior Center will help with connection to Dial-a-Ride and other transportation services as needed
*Services are supported by the City of Tallahassee and the Tallahassee Senior Center Foundation and are provided free of charge; donations accepted
