*Eight-bed, faith-based Sober Living Transitional Housing for Men 18+
*Residents must show a commitment to sobriety required including drug and alcohol testing, attend AA meetings, participate in counseling sessions, do chores and pay their rent
*Individual counseling services provided by licensed mental health providers 1 to 3 hours a week for about 4 weeks; schedule and time length varies according to need
*Intensive outpatient program (IOP) takes place 3 evenings per week for 16 weeks in a small group setting
*Ongoing group setting aftercare, relapse prevention, faith based studies, peer support
*Medicaid, Medicare, other insurance, sliding scale fee; services available to anyone regardless of insurance or income
