*Assists veterans and dependents in processing and obtaining benefits through US Dept of Veterans Affairs and other federal agencies; pensions, service-related medical problems, home loans, education, burial, medical, and grants for ad valorem taxes to cover time on active duty
*Assists veterans transitioning from active duty to civilian life; interviewing skills training, career planning, individual computer workstations and printers
*Reintegration counseling, bereavement counseling, military sexual trauma counseling and mental health referrals
*Substance abuse assessment and referral
*Refers clients to appropriate veterans service
