*Phones are free for those who qualify and are devised under provisions of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA)
*These landline phones come with large screens with text display so that the user can read what is being said on the other end
*Eligibility: must have certification of hearing impairment by a hearing professional, a physician, PA, RN, licensed social worker, or VA representative
*Website has certification form and information about CapTel phones
*Free phones require internet and a land line, however, low cost accommodations can be made for persons without land line and/or internet
*Interested persons may call Outreach Educator for more information and to request a phone
