*Practice offers a free 30-minute consultation, in-person or by phone, with a therapist before starting services, to see if they are the right fit for you; after that, fees $225 for initial assessment appointment and thereafter $150 an hour, no sliding scale for self-pay; accepts Acentra Health (formerly Kepro) EAP, Aetna, AvMed, CIGNA (Evernorth), Florida Blue Cross Blue Shield (Lucet, formerly New Directions Behavioral Health), and United Healthcare (Optum) insurances
