Description:
*Partnership between the City of Tallahassee and Appalachee Center to provide mental health and behavioral services to adults in Leon County regardless of ability to pay; all applicants will recieve up to three sessions with a licensed mental health professional provided by Apalachee Center before being referred to a free/affordable alternative to continue care as needed; no ID or documentation required
*Two other Resillence Hubs are also available: first at the Lincoln Center at 438 West Brevard Street 32301 and Tallahassee Senior Center at 1400 N. Monroe Street 32303
*All program locations are accessible and can be reached by public transportation
*Practitioners of color are available, practitioners of all genders are available, practitioners speak English but can provide Spanish interpreters as needed, practitioners cannot prescribe or manage patient's medications but will refer to others who can assist
*Phone number is Apalachee Center's New Patient Intake; caller should name the program when calling for an initial appointment
*All of Leon County is eligible, but the program would like to focus on 32304, 32301, 32305, 32306, 32307, 32310
